I bought a CPO and have the 2 year/24,000 service deal with it. This was the second time bringing the car in for an oil change and they charged me for it instead of having it covered under the plan. I asked about it and they just said it was just a one time oil change covered by GM.

The pricing on basic service like filters is out of this world. somehow my quoted price was less than what I paid, having been charged for 3.5 hours of service during a 2 hour visit.
Using language like “it’ll need…” on a leased vehicle is a deceptive trick.

The communication from anyone here was horrible. I brought my car in for why we found out was a transmission issue. My car 1.5 years old and I’m the only owner. They found out it also had an open recall on it. I brought my car for what I thought would be a couple days. Turned into 2 weeks. They gave me a loaner car, which was a truck that I was given completely empty. Cost me over $80 to fill up. They said they would reimburse me, haven’t seen that yet. Adam Stacey was the one to help me. He did not communicate to me once he told me my car was diagnosed and tell me what the issue was. I asked him 3 different times in a text and he never responded. I had to call the dealership multiple times to get a response from someone else. After 2 weeks my car was finally ready. They never communicated with me about timeline or during the process, any progress or updates. I had to call them and they hardly ever answer their phone. Horrible customer service and communication.
