I routinely do my oil changes at Larry Miller because of the excellent price, good service and the ability to wait for my car most times. Also, I recently had Tom process a significant warranty item on our Suburban. That repair was handled expertly and the wear and tear on my wife was zero, so thank you for that.

To Whom It May Concern, I recently purchased a Chevy Truck during Chevy Truck Month. Not only was this a great time to buy, but everyone at LHM made this experience the best, simplest, fastest car buying experience I've ever had, hands down. I believe the total buying experience took less than 3 hours, on a Friday!!! My sales person, John Humphries has amazing knowlege of the trucks and their features, and he was so helpful that he even rode with me to return my rental car and take my son to work, so I could take my new truck home that day! Be sure to ask him how he liked the wings! The Sales Manager I worked with, Brad Harris, made sure I received first class treatment, no hassle pricing, and facilitated the process every step of the way. I would recommend the team I worked with at LHM to anyone. And as far as trucks go, mine was a great truck for 7 years with barely a repair, and they tell me it probably save my life when I hit a patch of black ice, so of course, I bought another one!

Everything was GREAT! Easiest car purchase we ever made. We were treated great. Sam was very helpful in explaining all the features of our new Traverse. This is our first new car in a long time and it has so many great features. The paper work process was very easy and fast. Melissa explained everything we signed in a manner that we understood everything and later we did not have to wonder what we were signing. (It has happened before!) My experience on Jan 11th was stellar; I've had the past 6+ oil changes done at your location for two reasons: (1) Regan Andrews is awesome to work with and (2) the "$75 for three oil changes" deal is a great bargain. Previous experiences in 2010 included some problems, which LHM Chevrolet did remedy (although delays caused by not having oil filters in stock and "stuck" oil pan bolt were frustrating). I now know to call a day in advance to make sure the items needed for my vehicle are in stock and to make sure that Regan is working when I come in - so I can thank him personally for doing his job so well.

I was in there and my car was immediately taken back for the service it needed and boy what a difference it made. Every since I bought this car it has not had a good air conditioning or heating system and I just thought it was the car. He knew right off the bat what was wrong and took it back and it was done in half the time he said it might take. Yes I enjoyed my quick visit and hope I don't have anymore problems, but well definitely be in for my servicing and anything else it needs. I feel I won't be taken advantage of and thats a must for me. Thanks and I'll see you in about 2000 miles for an oil change. Do you keep people informed when maintenence that is necessary at certain times.
