I am very grateful to Ralph Hardin and the people who helped diagnose as well as fix the problems (Check Engine light coming on, staying on, and the valve that needed to be put in or on) existed. I loved and am so grateful the power-train warranty on my vehicle still exists so that I didn't have to pay for the diagnosis and repair. I had my car in your shop for the annual emissions testing. It was in and out within 30 minutes. While they did the testing they also replaced the faded month sticker on my license saving me from going through the hassle of going to the DMV to get it. My name is Jennifer, I recently purchased a 2007 dodge caliber from your store. (LHM Chevy). I have to admit that when I walked into the door I was really skeptical wether or not I would really be leaving with a new car. My neighbor, Russell is the one who convinced me to come into the dealership just to check things out. Jim was the sales rep who actually helped me out since Russell was with another customer. I am told I can be very difficult to please, when it comes to large investments I can be particularly stubborn, I was pleasantly surprised at the lengths that these two people were willing to go in order to make me happy, and I don't mean just buying a vehicle, they were both really polite, and I felt to no pressure. I tend to be very set in what I want, and I didn't like the first few cars we test drove, but Jim was willing to go the extra mile, we looked at EVERY available option and when I found something I loved he was very prompt in explaining everything and getting the finance process started. He was Clear and Succinct and I felt immediately like I had made the right decision. I know this is probably common but they threw in a year of maintenance which to me was invaluable, Im a young adult just getting started here in utah, so to know that I have people like this behind me while making such a big decision in my life is so great. Also, at first I really only wanted to spend around 6-7 thousand dollars, and even if it was just a great sales move, Jim and Russell made it clear to me that it would be in my best interest to spend a little more, around 11,000 out the door, yet surprisingly it did not feel pushy or shady to me. It felt like I was doing the right thing and I am more than grateful. Keep these guys around! They should be a standard.
